Russian citizens with a valid ordinary passport can travel to Armenia visa-free for stays of up to 90 days. If you plan to stay longer, you must apply for an Armenian residence permit. Residence permit applications may be completed during your stay in Armenia through the appropriate authorities.

The Armenia e-Visa is an official electronic travel authorization issued by the
competent authorities of the Republic of Armenia, allowing eligible foreign nationals
to visit the country for tourism, business, family visits, and other approved short-term purposes.
Depending on the visa category granted, travelers may be permitted to stay in Armenia for up to
21 or 120 days.
Applicants may choose to apply directly through the official government system or through our E Services assistance platform,
travelers can conveniently complete the Armenia e-Visa application online, submit the
required supporting documents, and receive guidance throughout the application process. Once approved,
the e-Visa is issued electronically and can be used for entry into Armenia in accordance with the
approved visa conditions. Most applications are processed within approximately
3–4 official business days, subject to review and approval by the relevant Armenian
authorities.

departure for tourist, business and transit travel to avoid last-minute delays at
Zvartnots International Airport or land border checkpoints.

The online portal now clearly offers short-term Armenia visas (21 days)
and long-term Armenia visas (120 days) for eligible

Verify Visa Rules Before Travel
Due to periodic changes to Armenia visa-free entry arrangements and
e-Visa categories, all passengers should confirm their status at least
72 hours before arrival. Visa-exempt nationals (e.g. EU, US, UK, Russia)
